Our main goal is to ensure all our customers are completely satisfied with our products and services.
For the order placed via our website, if the items are in stock, we will usually dispatch the order within 5 – 7 working days. If items are out of stock and there is a long delay we will try to contact you to inform you about the same along with a likely date for the shipping.
By and large, all our products come directly from the manufacturer (we pride ourselves in being 100% genuine) so some orders can usually take 3-4 weeks to reach you. We need time to procure items from the manufacturer depending upon the exact requirement and location of the stock. Many, if not all products are manufactured and ship directly from India to keep the cost low for our customers. Having said that, sometimes this process is a lot quicker depending on the overall demand/supply/stock availability and so on.
P.S: After you have placed an order if you want to cancel it because you cannot wait for 3-4 weeks, we therefore strongly suggest that you do not place an order with us as we might not be able to deliver it to you within your expected time frame. Please be aware that any order cancelled before 4 weeks, we will deduct a charge of 10% of the item value plus PayPal transaction fee.
We generally deliver via DPD, Hermes Yodel and Royal Mail. When you get to checkout you will see the shipping cost added to your order automatically. Please be aware that the courier will need a signed receipt so you may wish goods to be sent to your place of work.

If you recently placed an order and you’re wondering why you haven’t received it yet, you should first check in your account whether we’ve dispatched it to you. If the item has been dispatched and you still have not received it, sometimes the post may not have been able to deliver your item as nobody was available to receive the package. You should receive a card from the post and be able to contact your local delivery office where you can pick up or rearrange delivery.

Parcel contents are insured against loss when sent in order to minimise the risk to the customer. We have so far had no problems and if any occur we make sure you are covered by The AB Sports, UK & Europe Ltd.
Currently, we ship within the UK and Europe only. Having said that, we are putting in a lot of effort for global shipping. We are working with different courier and shipping providers to work out the best postage charges. Very soon you will see more and more countries to choose at our checkout page.
